In true DCB fashion, this 6 mile run will have you challenging yourself to run, climb and crawl through an obstacle course in and around the RAWHIDE Wild West Town!

The 6 mile “run” starts and finishes at Rawhide Wild West Town. Participants must successfully complete 9 obstacles over 6 miles, not tough... but don’t wear anything you cant wash and clean after. You’ll encounter a wall of water, two river crossing’s, a down and dirty mud crawl, obstacle course, a slippery mountain climb GIANT slip n slides and of course a dip in our HUGE mud pit on your way to the finish!

There’s a FREE kids run and afterwards teams may challenge each other in tug-o-war in the pit for special prizes from Wild Horse Pass Casino!

6 MIles, 9 Obstacles, BBQ and Beer... oh yea and group outdoor showers!

There is a shorter kids race for those 14 years and younger... it will follow the main event and parents may join their kids on this FREE mini-mud run.

We will be giving away a couple of cruiser bikes, and Sole Sports and Run AZ will give you a discount on a pair of shoes when you donate you wet and muddy pair! Plan on getting a team together to compete for prizes at the Mud Pit Tug-O-War!

Directions to Rawhide:

Rawhide is located south of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and is easily accessible from all parts of the Valley. Printable Map

•Head south on I-10 East to exit number 162, Wild Horse Pass Boulevard.

•After exiting the freeway, head west (right) on Wild Horse Pass Boulevard to 48th Street.

•At the light, turn south (left) onto 48th Street.

•Signs lead the way to a 4 way stop where guests will need to head west (right) on West North Loop Road. West North Loop Road will lead the way to Rawhide's Main Parking Lot.

•7:00 a.m. Late Registration and Packet Pick-up opens at Rawhide Wild West Town - There will be food and adult beverages for sale to calm your nerves.
•8:45 a.m. Registration Closes... you need to get to the starting line...
•9:00 a.m. Dirty 6 START - The start will be done in waves based on age

Wave 1 15 - 19

Wave 2 20’s

Wave 3 30’s

Wave 4 40’s

Wave 5 Everyone Else 50 and up...

**** If you want to run with a friend, that’s cool... just run in the older wave together and have fun... Your time will not be adjusted, but you MUST run in the later of your assigned waves together (Don’t cheat... you will be flogged in the Mud Pit!)

•11‘ish (After the Kids run) TUG-O-WAR in the Pit! teams of 8 single elimination for VIP passes to Auria, the swanky cool bar at the Wild Horse Pass Casino!
•Results will be posted at the event as well as on www.dcbadventures.com

Every finisher will receive a commemorative award.

Podium awards will be given to the top 3 in each age group: 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+

There are no cash refunds.

Entry fee event credit:

We don’t like to come across as rude, but we spend an enormous amount of time planning events, and if you wish to withdraw from an event we no longer refund your entry. You may receive an event credit to a future DCB Extreme Adventures event. You must notify us in writing (email- shannon@dcbadventures.com or 891 E. Warner Road #100-138, Gilbert, AZ 85296) of your intent to withdraw and meet one of the following criteria.

1)If for any reason, you notify DCB Extreme Adventures more than 30 days prior to the event date you will receive a 50% credit towards a future DCB Extreme Adventures Event.. This credit only covers the race entry fee. USAT one-day licenses, processing fees and online registration fees will not be included with your credit.
2)If you have a medical reason, you will need to provide a signed doctors letter advising us that you are not able to participate. DCB Extreme Adventures must receive this letter at least 14 days prior to the event date in order for you to receive your 50% race event credit. This credit only covers the race entry fee. USAT one-day licenses, processing fees and online registration fees will not be included in your credit.
3)Extenuating Circumstances: If you have an injury or a member of your immediate family has a death or a medical emergency and it is within 14 days of the scheduled event and greater than 72 hours prior to the event, you will need to notify us in writing. The race director will consider each request on a case-by-case basis for future DCB Extreme Adventures event credit. No credits will be issued with less than 72 hours of race date.
Please be advised that the sanctioning body considers transferred event entry fraud. If you sell or give your race slot away, both you and the person using the race slot are subject to a 2-year suspension from racing at any USAS sanctioned race. PLEASE contact us if you intend on doing something like this and we will do it the right way.
